Rubber bands

Many people have told me they use orthodontic rubber bands  for the blade deployment. When I went searching for these rubber bands I was surprised to see there’s was such a big selection. multiple diameters and each diameter has multiple strengths . What size/strength should I buy ?

Since I fly free flight, I use Tan Supersport rubber for anything that needs deployment. Works great and I can set the band size to anything I want. Even better, if you can justify the expense of a rubber stripper, you can literally choose any size rubber band you want down to thousandths of an inch thickness.
